Hi, i am good with Flash As 2.0 3.0 programing, and now i want to start to work with WP theme Development. I know i need PHP , html, css, javascript language skills, i can learn them but from what to start first? with php? or with html? wich one is main language for WP theme development?

Another question : code editor, is notepad++ good choice? Do i need adobe Dreamweaver? or any other tools or programs to create WP theme?

You are good to go with the HTML and CSS first, because that’s what the whole structure, layout and design relies on.

After that or almost at the same time (depends on if you create a full HTML template first or go with WP right away) you will need PHP – WP has many native functions you can learn from the codex or even the twentyten/twentyeleven WP standard themes.
You will also need PHP for the options and such.
What you now have is a fully functioning WP theme.

After that you should go for javascript/jQuery. You will need that in order to add fancy enhancements like sliders, tabs and such. You surely can create a theme without jQuery at all, but for themeforest you will have to add the fancy features.
Now you have a fancy fully functioning WP theme.

You don’t need Dreamweaver, you can use any editor you feel good with. Are you on Mac? I used to work with Coda and Textmate, both are neat. Never use a program or tool to actually create WP themes without writing code yourself. These programs never create high class coding; plus for the support you will have to know your coding-handwriting.

There are a lot of threads about the best editors, maybe you wanna use the forum search for more detailed answers.

Hope I could help!
Good luck and have fun! And your English is just fine mate :)

^^ Really good advice there.

Also I would like to mention the bluefish ide. Which was originally intended for linux but also works on windowsxp. Since discovering that I dropped apanta like a rock. Bluefish is so much lighter on resources and has some pretty useful features to boot.
