HI, i have finished a new theme, i have debug it and Check it with ThemeCheck Plugin, it only gives me notices from the gantry framework plugin. I don’t like giving reviewers more work uploading the theme without fixing this notices but all i have read online about them are answers like:
‘These are notices that aren’t affecting your site or the way it works at all. In the very near future we will be optimizing and improving Gantry with the new things and we’re going to fix these notices so they won’t bug you anymore. Thank you for your patience.’
So now what do i have to do now?
1.Wait till gantry framework is updated and pray for it not giving more notices?Otherwise they are a very serious and respected business with a lot of years of experience. 2.Migrate all my theme to another framework with no erors, warnings, recommendation or notices? 3.Upload the theme because these are not theme notices, erros, warning or recommended?
I would appreciate so much someones help. Thank you very much.
I started designing my themes with Options framework, most developer uses that framework, when I started I did an exhaustive research for weeks and finally decided to go for that option, is the most stable in my opinion, and are always updating the framework.
if your theme works good in WP 3.5 and no have any problem upload it or change the framework. it’s up to you, the best for you.
Thank you for your answer Acid Themes, i also did and exhaustive research(continously doing it). Well perhaps i did a bad election but i trust this people and they have told me 1 or 2 days they are updating the framework and fixing these issues, i hope!
Now that i have found this kind of problem i am seriously thinking about using twenty twelve theme to develop my own framework/themes.
