You can send a DMCA notice to anyone, but lets say I live in America and you live in Brazil and you send me a DMCA notice, you’d have to come to my state to take legal action. After you send the DMCA notice and the person says “i didn’t do anything wrong” and you don’t take them to court, then you cannot send them another DMCA notice as it is void.

You dont need to go to there state/country just have a lawer registered to operate in that area… and i dont know the staff name, contact the post owner if you are that pertinacity about it

Seems legitimate. Sharing resources like this (IMO) is not a problem.
In my eyes, ‘giving free files to the community’ is related to giving away resources that are here on sale – and would therefore undercut our Author’s hard work.
