Personally I still prefer classic RSS for websites, maybe because I’m under influence of mister Babauta and his “simplify, simplify, simplify” . I see this very discomforting receiving hundreds of impersonal Twitter updates, that is why I don’t like this type of automatic twitter “feeds” (hey, that’s the shortest rant I ever wrote lol).
