I had filed a request to get a refund on something about 4 days ago and was told by envato I would be able to get a refund 4 DAYS ago. I have not had a single reply to my emails since they told me I could get this refund. Getting very pissed off.

Hi TechRunner,

A lot of times in situations like this the responses from support end up in the customer’s spam folder. Have you checked there to make sure?

Otherwise, I’d suggest posting your ticket # here and one of the staff members here will be able to look into it for you :)

I’ve checked my spam and everything religiously. Even if I did miss the email I would have thought my last reply would have got the ball rolling to my refund.

This was in the last email I had gotten also btw: “On this occasion, as a loyal customer I’d be more than happy to drop $45.00 into your marketplace account if it meant you’d be able to buy a more suitable Theme. This would void your license to use the Maxinews Theme, so if you’re happy for this to go ahead let me know and I’ll be happy to get the ball rolling! :)”

Gotcha :) I think Support had been waiting for a reply on that first ticket telling them to go ahead. I’ll let them know it’s all green lights now.
