Thank you for your reply brother….. but still it’s ambiguous as an elite author has posted some other reply…..... Can somebody please help me to solve this issue ?

@Crakken I’m done discussing with you because apparently you can’t read. His friend wants to take his PSD and “build onto it” by making it a functional website. He is an “exclusive” author so your point about not being exclusive doesn’t make sense.

you can resell your own item on multiple envato marketplaces ( there are plenty of authors with psd and html and wp version of there themes. so why not let your friend do it for you and then you sell under your name adn you both split the money in person all good there
