Experiences are way better than gifts (especially if you don’t know what she likes) take her for an awesome date and you’ll be her favourite for sure.
Good luck!
Really dosent matter what you going offer her, just give her something usefull. The way you will offer her the gift is what really counts, think of somehting out of the box, some different way, maybe you can invite her to a restaurant/bar and the gift is already on the table when you sit
Good Luck
Here’s something that says it works everytime!

Etsy is awesome! I have bought so many gifts for my fiancee from there and every time it’s a winner.
Pretty much everything is either hand-made, up-cycled or vintage and almost always comes wrapped beautifully. For me that’s a massive bonus as I can’t wrap stuff for toffee.
Plus there’s the added bonus of helping out individuals such as ourselves who are starting out a business of their very own and offering an alternative to the chain stores.
‘Stick it to the man duuuude’, and get it wrapped by someone else.
Diamond Earrings

I prefer pearl earings!

Maybe you can also get a VideoHive “Love” template which fits to your needs and watch the video with your best moments together as a present. This would be really unique!

When you decide on your gift, I think you should a hidden camera setup so we can watch her reaction
And then we can do a commentary afterwards.
Saw this one today and bust out laughing. I guess it falls under gifts you want to avoid, just a heads up

I bought my wife a candle and she will not stop raving about it to her friends. They come with rings inside that could be worth $10 up to $5,000. Only $25 for a candle so very affordable. Do a google search for Diamond Candles.
