giveaway of HTML

i sell a theme called “Space Ace” in PSD templates menu. It isn’t performing well (isn’t performing at all). however, one user wants to buy it but wants coded version

i coded it in HTML (w3c valid, works in all major browsers) but i don’t want to sell that as HTML , i want to give it for free for anyone who buy PSD version.

my question is: can i do that? can i give HTML for free for PSD buyers?

I don’t see a problem with giving it away as an incentive. If I recall I saw someone else doing that here, but I’m not 100%.

Why you want to do that ? .. why dont you want to sell it in HTML , you will make more money , no ? ... if someone is looking for an html site , hes not gonna visit your PSD theme …

Come to think of it. Is your PSD template’s value enough to giving a gift? Maybe you could consider a promotion like this: -A coded gift to every 10th buyer or something like that.

@ DDStudios: because i suck at javascript. my HTML is valid and shows OK in all major browsers but i can’t code javascript so i am 100% sure that they will be rejected (no fancy stuff etc.)...

What you mean you suck at javascript ? .. you dont have to know how to code it to use Jquery library , just have to learn how to implement it .. I didnt know 1 CSS tag 2 weeks ago .. now I have 2 html theme here , using javascript.

i will give away this one just to see how it goes and then try with some other HTMLs. maybe i will listen to your advice.. can’t hurt, right?
