Hey Doru,

I was having a similar issue yesterday. Emails were arriving 3 hours after they had been sent from the client. Not ideal! Seems to have resolved itself now.

I’ve always had this issue.
I refresh my gmail but no new email shows, 10 minutes later i do and an email shows up with a timestamp of 15 minutes ago.

The sender also uses gmail and we always face this problem.

Never had problems but never needed that fast email conversation.

I bet it’s gonna lag when I’ll be needing it :D

yes, but the sender have gmail :) I’ve checked. So is strange.

Strange indeed!

Have you checked out any of these resources?

Google Delayed Email Troubleshooter – if you work your way through the troubleshooter, it links you to a Message Header Tool where you can analyze the headers and see why the email was delayed.

Here’s a more general version: How to check why an email was delayed

Good luck with it! :)
