GoDaddy and SOPA

Hey,

I was reading on gizmodo today how GoDaddy supports SOPA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_Online_Piracy_Act) and how people are withdrawing there domain names and hosting from them, what do you people think?

and especially how they are now saying they dont support SOPA just because people are hating them.

Well said, i thought it was funny how after a hour or 2 of press saying move your hosting/domains they dropped support.

I have heard repports that godaddy are delaying/blocking transfers:

yh, its a shame it never backfired

If I had any domains hosted with them I would transfer in a second.

As it stands now, the 70k+ domains getting transferred is not going to make a huge impact on a company that has 30million+ domains hosted with it. I hope the movement grows though.
