I’ve just ditched DreamWeaver (after 2-3 years of use) for a super lightweight text-editor which is alot like TextMate on Mac OSX . Although it is still in Alpha version (not yet finished), I find it a very nice code-editor :)

It’s name is http://intype.info/home/index.php

I’ve tried InType, but I don’t like that it doesn’t show me suggestions while writing code.

Did I missed something?

Yup I second this, notepad++ is pretty good because you can get plugins.
If I recall correctly there is a plugin for shortkeys for filler text etc.
if you are using a mac however I would recommend coda.

For my Mac: Coda
For my PC: Aptana

Both have great integration with FTP so I can easily manage and upload updates locally and remotely.
