I am wondering if it is possible to include an image from google “royalty free” in one of the GR item, like an artwork or flyer. If yes, how can I justify this to the reviewers?

For those ones that don’t know what I’m talking about, while searching in google images you can go in the advanced search gear, then set the field “usage rights” to “free to use, share or modify, even commercially”
