I tried it. I like it. Certainly not for professional designers, but I love tools where you drag&drop things and the code is automatically generated for you :) From there you have a starting point, it makes your work a bit easier. Not for newbies, I agree, but if you are a developer who is not an excellent designer neither a newbie and you need a tool to fasten your work, this one is a good solution.
