Hello everyone!
I don’t like to complain and I’m always doing any changes suggested by the reviewers but this is just too much. I had some logos approved a couple of months ago(3 logos).Today, I tried to update the preview image and guess what: “all my 3 logos are now rejected !” Actually, I’m not even sure what happend.I got email for each of the logos that improvements are required but just take a look how one of the reasons looks like : “Approved
Reason: Fine details may not print/reproduce well at small sizes. Consider reworking the logo with this in mind."
First of all, all the 3 logos were approved by a lead reviewer and now the logos are rejected? The logos are still for sale, of course, but the Preview/Thumbnail images are not updated.Other than that, it says approved and then a reason just as it is actually rejected?I don’t.. understand.. The reasons for the other 2 logos are that it is too complex and that is having unclosed paths.Do I have to modify the logo now just to change the preview image? I won’t give the name of the reviewers but according to the “1 year” badge the last reviewer is having – I think he is new around.
Can someone please explain me what is wrong with my logo(s) now?
Here are the logos(preview/thumbnail images are the old ones, not updated):

Sounds like the reviewer made a mistake? Try uploading your new previews again with a note of what happened, they’ll probably be accepted.

That’s exactly what I would have did for 1 logo. But it happend for 3 logos each with a different reason. You don’t do the same mistake 3 times in a row.

Guess he also had a problem with the reviewer.
Looks like no one has a good answer for my problem.
To be honest, the proper answer for your situation is to take it up with GR staff. You should have put this in a support ticket with all the details. While other authors can give their opinions on the matter, only the staff will be able to help you resolve it.

I may be wrong. As I said, I don’t like to complain, I want other people’s oppinion before I send a ticket because maybe someone has an advice for me or a better idea.
Other than that, graphicriver staff also replies to the forum threads, if they want me to send a ticket about this problem, they will suggest it.

Something you can do now: 1. Calm down – 2. Mark your post as “Request for Staff reply” – 3. Send a Support ticket – 4. Be patient
I have also been in your situation sometimes, I know how annoyed it is – especially in this current delay situation of the whole system. This comes really nervous. But we cannot do anything – or give you a correct answer for this situation – we are just authors. Just calm down and follow the guidelines – send the ticket. Hope the best for you.

I’m very calm, I’m very patient, just as always.
I say it for the 3rd time, I don’t like to complain and there is no support ticket from just because I’m very patient.
I know they have problems with reviewers and I understand it, so I’m not gonna spam with tickets and forum threads because of my problems as there are more important problems for them to solve.
I just want some ideas/advices.Thank you for your response.:)
Yeah, I follow what you’re saying.. And it definitely seems like an unusual issue.
But typically, this type of problem that is more of a private matter they prefer to have support tickets to address and resolve the issue. As far as wondering if you should have submitted a ticket or not… I can say as an author, if I ever felt I was being treated unfairly or with inconsistent feedback then I wouldn’t hesitate to take it up with the staff regardless of what others thought.
I believe ‘item discussion’ in the forums is more less for feedback on your work, style, etc… And not so much for issues with the file from staff.
Hope you get it worked out quickly.
