I have submitted an item 6 days ago. For support, it says that I should contact support after 7 days. The item is surely going to take more than 7 days because it is still stuck at 65%. I would like to ask staff if I should contact support about it or not because I do not want to burden staff with unnecessary ticket if delay is going to happen. Can somebody from the staff please let me know about what should I do?

There’s a clue in the title of this thread – the queues are delayed. So everyone’s items are taking longer than a week, don’t worry about it.

Hi, How many months it will take to get Queues normal?
I need to know this too.
I have about 5-6 items ready for upload but I have also 2 items waiting for review (one 7, one 8 days, and about 80-85%). That’s really slow for me and currently all my future work are waiting.
So, please guys tell us, what to expect?!
