Yep you are right! 90% / 9 days, but unfortunately today is Saturday, so… 
I’m not complaining, I’m happy to be here and hope to fix it soon, but for all of us who make our first steps here, it is also difficult and we work “blindly”, having a feedback after 10+ days.

my item almost 23 day held, after get a review and submit again the item held again :/ almost 4 day?

actually there is… if you´re to lazy to take a ruler and put it on your screen, you can do it this way:
1) make a screenshot
2) inside photoshop, crop the progress bar
3) show rulers
4) change display type of the ruler to percentages
5) move your cursor to where the progress bar is at the moment
6) read the result from the rulers
like here
Anyways, this is completly wasted time cause its just based on the graphic you see on your
dashboard and not the actual progress of your item being reviewed. A percentage of the progress bar is just not congruent to any specific timespan because the bar grows with different speed

Easiest way to see the exact percentage is with Firebug on Firefox. Open up Firebug in your browser and just hover your cursor over the status bar.
