GraphicRiver Review Queues Delayed

I was being sarcastic, I have read that. But it’s been almost a month and new items show up on a daily base and some authors are approved with almost 10 items at once! I have one lousy item and no one is able to tell me if it’s good enough or not to be on the market!

You should contact support. Another author had the same problem with his item being held for a very long time. He contacted support and it went through quickly.

I have items submited 15 days ago .. this is starting to get annoying, 15 days for a logo template .. lets be serious!!

Perhaps if its not about cut-back authors…

Was soft rejected , (reason – forgot txt file in with the main files to say font location, it was in the intro text on the webpage.) resubmitted into Q and then after waiting another 3 days the file dissappear form the review Q and are just back into my hidden area – no explanation, no email to me. Sent a ticket in in case there was a bug.

So I have written back again with the text below. I know there are new reviewers but this is getting silly.

Dear Reviewer. I was asked to add a text file to the main files zip to tell were the fonts location is.

I did that and and resubmitted only to be told less than 5 minutes later than I had not done this with the following

The font used is in the main images zip file in a .txt file called READ ME it is also in the image description on the web page.

I have resubmitted the file, clicked the save button, crossed my fingers etc. Not sure what else to do. (also contacted support to open a ticket to tell them).

MEss up part is they soft reject you and dont give you enoff info what wrong with it just auto replys.

It’s not that bad..I just got soft rejected and the reviewer was quite explicit, they always are..I usually get an auto reply only on hard rejections or lack of typography and hierarchy..I hope the new reviewers will act the same..a few words can make all the difference.
