Hi everyone,

I wanted to quickly post an update with some clarifying information on the state of the review queues.

Over the last full calendar week, average review turnaround times were:

1. Less than 24 hours for item updates
2. Less than 30 hours for resubmitted items
3. Around 13.5 days for new items

What this means is that the majority of item updates and resubmissions are usually processed in well under 48 hours. However, new item submissions are where the queues are currently moving the slowest but are slowly improving as the team continues to grow.

Part of the reason I wanted to point out this information was for the community awareness that once your new item submission has made it through the initial waiting, it will typically be re-reviewed or updated very quickly.

However, as I’ve mentioned already, we aim to get the new item submissions review turnaround time to well under 5 days as soon as we can and continue to improve.

I have a question and I hope unlike other comments of mine which were ignored, this one is not one of them

Now, I have a design which I made unique and it was rejected by Reviewer 1 because it needed a little improvement. I made those improvements and then re-submitted. Now, there is a few issues.

1- It was reviewed re-submitted and rejected by a new reviewer who is now saying different things about its improvement

2- I do not know if there is 10 or 100 or 1000 reviewers for that category, What I know is that its impossible to make a design according to liking of all these reviewers to get one item approved.

3- If I make a unique design, the reviewer says “It does not look good”. If I try to follow the style, settings, typography etc of approved items as a guide, the reviewer says “It looks like so many other designs”

Can you please reply to this. I will appreciate.

Let’s avoid using this thread to discuss rejections and other possible review related concerns. It’s already a lengthy thread and getting into other topics will make it much harder for people to follow updates on review turnaround times.

Unfortunately the particular item you’re referring to has had an error in the submission process and is waiting for our developers to resolve it. I will follow up with them again on this as soon as possible.

Maybe I should delete it and upload it once again?

It will speed up on your end eventually. The queue progress is just awesome! I can now submit items at certain targeted days and time.
