I have items which is past 12 days and still 70% done so I have decided to stop complaining about the process as this post has reached 57 pages and still nothing is done to improve so its useless to keep complaining.
If this many posts have not changed the situation a bit and things are worst than ever, I do not think anything else would change the situation.
