No it´s not. I have to agree to h3design´s comment. It´s disrespectful to ask for special treatment, its not fair, I mean we all are sitting in the same boat here. Keep patient and use the time and be creative!

@h3design and @CipheredDesigns – sorry friends I am not seeking for special treatment. My comment was based on Travis update which indicated 9 days. However, that item has been in the queue before for several days and then ‘Temporary Held’ – that also took more days without any action. So I deleted it (made some major adjustments and created a video) and re-uploaded it for faster review because the last item in my portfolio was approved I think within 1-3 days. I don’t know if you read my comment where I was showing much gratitude for the huge improvement and I thought that everything is back to normal. For whatever reason the review time still take this long, I pray it get solved so that we can all be happy.

Thanks!

still not the slightest, notable improvement !...
i don´t want to be too impatient, but it really starts ruining my sales :(
It can´t take that long to teach some people in reviewing items, can it ?

edit: btw, i´m at 8 days and only 55%.

Maybe we should offer a nice bounty, let say give 1% extra to solve this problem ASAP. Guys – Envato! For web sake, This problem is constant since November. We all been patient, then trusting. People offered here constructive ideas regarding not only with this issue but other “outstanding” issues as well. I know, we are not the owner of this business only just scores of people like fragments. But to be honest, day by day i feel myself farther and farther from here. Even my sales are not dropping radically. Ok i singed up to the microlancing show, i said whatever i want to give my part. But its over guys… There is no point to keep telling to people “everything gonna be ok” if its just not happening at all. Time to be frank guys. Enough from the hopemaking. Does Envato able to solve this problem or not? In my opinion After 4 months this is not about call Envato to account. But a significant (if not a momentous) factor. Maybe we dont have the right the right to know the reality behind the curtains. But all this people here deserve to know the truth (even if its hard to digest) regarding their future. Best regards.

dekurvajo I agree with you. We have this problem from a long time. I have my items in the que from long time. Actually, here is big surprising story. I uploaded a template yesterday on themeforest at 3:00 in the afternoon and at 3:45 a reviewer reviewed my item and asked for improvment. I was in shocked how quick was that.

I came up with a conculsion, probably Envato is getting pile of money(comission) from theme forest and giving top priority to themeforst authors and graphic river is coming on number 4 or 5 in the list. I have a request for Envato. Please hire more reviewers or bring some reviwers from theme forest so we don’t have to wait 15 or more days.

We come under same company (Envato) so every author should be treated on same level so why theme is on TOP PRIORITY.

(i'm not feeling the blue. I'm getting pale now )

I would avoid to draw any kind of inference, even yours sounds logical. And the ranking in between GR <> TF is an unvoiced fact. Actually i can understand this viewpoint from Envato, and accepted already. But your reasoning =even if its correct i guess= does not give any answer for the genuine reason of this problem. i.e: What the heck is happend in the last year, precisely end of November? Just lets go back in November 2012. The problem is suddenly appeared one day to the next. With deep silence of course. People was talking about Christmass holidays, which was obvious there is no company on this earth who send their key people to the bahamas 1 month before Christmas in the bigest rush. After many individual threads, finally this post appeared. We all said, “ok guys nice and straight talk, you got some shit in the pancake, but we trust, and we will be patient, cause we “know” you are working on to solve this issue with full throttle. And yet, what makes me worry?

A: How fragile their system could be, if only few reviewer throw in the trowel, and cause this dramatic draw back.
B: If there was a mass leaving, then they should have serious reason, and why we should thing this will not going to happen in the future again.
C [B] is already happening with the new reviewers just after they realising what they should take on.
D: Your conclusion is correct
