VF saidAll the Reviewers are still here, it’s the Marketplace that has experienced incredible growth
What happened to all the old reviewers? They left themselves or Envato fired all of them one day?![]()
and any prognostics? – How long can take this problem?
We don´t need any prognostics.. Just be patient and let the responsible guys do their job for God´s sake!

The GraphicRiver Review team has recently lost some of our available capacity due to unforeseen circumstances. In other words, we’re down a few reviewers!

Now this is strange
Maybe they are working on their new project too much to have time to review the backlog….

The high volume queues that currently have the longest turnaround times are:
- GR: Web Elements ~14 days
- GR: Print Templates ~14 days
- GR: Graphics ~14 days
- GR: Textures ~12 days
- GR: Icons ~9 days
- GR: Add-ons ~9 days
- GR: Logo Templates ~9 days
- GR: Vectors ~8 days
- AJ: Music — ~12 days
- AJ: Sound — ~12 days
- AJ: Logos & Idents — ~11 days
Although it’s taking time to return review queue turnaround times to normal, we are working hard to get there. Unfortunately I’m not able to give an exact date we expect to be back to normal, but we’ve been making steady progress towards making it happen. We have two additional GR reviewers and another AJ reviewer planned for getting started next week in addition to several new team additions that are already up to speed and reviewing..
Thanks for your patience everyone!
Yeah, here is your information. I mean, what else do you want? Imagine you would own a company with unexpected growth and you have no time to hire staff as fast as desired? What would You reply to your clients??
GR: Print Templates ~14 days = 17 days?

or you are patient because you have the information. I did not have that information, thanks
@SomethingDesign: it´s an average statement but better than nothing, isn´t it?? noone could state an exact duration, how could they?
