Sometimes items need to be held for other reviewers to consider and provide feedback on. When an item is held the rest of the queue will continue moving until the necessary input on the held item has been provided and a review decision can be made. This is normal. Thanks!

my item update has been in queue for 22 days now, should it not be given priority?! neither the support staff or any other concerned personnel have contacted me back showing much concern. this is just disappointing.
Hmm, this is not normal. I’ve pulled up the item in question, answered the necessary questions for the review team and a review will be completed shortly. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and apologies for the delay.

Aaiieee, how frustrating to wait 13 days for a to be reviewed, only to have it soft rejected because they have mistaken it for a previous font name. I have updated with the query, but how long will THAT take to get through? I think the whole review team must be heavily overworked right now
