Findicons.com don’t give a damn about licenses. I have found many icons with wrong or no licenses. You should use the site for commercial purposes.

Here some suggestions:
- Improve your blog, add post preview picture
- Menu (Search, Browse, etc) make more visible
- Add more white space to all pages!
- When click login, add jQuery effect, like twitter
