In my humble opinion:

Ermark set some pretty good standards with this:http://themeforest.net/item/ermark-urban-blog-html/159776 (but their whole portfolio is awesome)

DDStudios wows me each and every time. I especially love this one: http://themeforest.net/item/projektstudios-the-perfect-blogging-solution/193043

OrmanClark is my design idol, I especially like this one: http://themeforest.net/item/redux-business-portfolio-wordpress-theme/162553

I also like Freshface http://themeforest.net/item/showtime-business-and-portfolio-wordpress-theme/117367 – even if it’s a bit ‘old’ I think it was a turning point in August 2010. Few themes are so visually appealing as this one!

Also, high in my top 10 is this one: http://themeforest.net/item/webpoint-premium-wordpress-theme/131231 from themefields

And, of course, Kriesi’s CleanCut http://themeforest.net/item/cleancut-business-and-portfolio-wordpress-theme/109677
