Has A Weekly Features Spot Been Successful For You?

I had a featured item, at the very beginning. And i think it’s changed many things. I’m not talking about the sales only but first of all that moment gave me a standard, and since that moment i always want to do better and better. I remember when i did the research what kind of item is missing from here and what could be successful in sales. i keep doing this strategy and ad it seems like it works. Beside this strategy i also do some simple things even i know it can not be featured but also worth to do.

Oh yeah… and unlike Joiaco, who is full of humility i know about myself im not. (probably thats why she is my favorite author so far) I think its just does not fits to my real image. But i am frank and i can say it’s one of the best g.damn feeling. The increasing income is nothing, compare to that. Nothing! I think if i ever got to be a featured author, i will be constantly drunk for 1 week, or so.

Sales when item is featured really depends on item. Last featured item, cute donuts illustrations, has 0 sales. I think these ilustrations are awesome, but if nobody needs them, featuring not make sales. My item was featured two weeks ago. I was a little surprised because there is so many items that deserves it more, but i am quite happy with that. It at least doubled the sales on this item. I got 77 sales on it last week and it is last week top seller.

I had two featured files and both of them brought me followers and sales. With the second featured item I broke my weekly sales record which I hardly reach again

I had talked about this with some old frieds here, and they said that it was a huge impact on sales.

Personally I’m still waiting for that moment, I’m here for about 3 years too and is really sad to see some new authors with just simple files being featured instead of some many great and stable old authors being ignored over time.
