Hey Guys!
I’m aware that sometimes designers hire programmers to code their themes, because its much easier for a designer just to focus on design that way. However, I’m curious, do I need my programmer to buy the theme directly from the site? Or can I give him a copy separately (free or charge). I’m afraid this might conflict the Envato exclusive author agreement.
Cheers, Qiming

If you provide your coder/programmer with a copy of the design solely for the purpose of a work request then the coder/programmer isn’t receiving a license to use the design for him/her-self and doesn’t need to buy it from TF.
Just make sure the coder/programmer understands that it can only be used to accomplish your requests.
Oh, thanks
That clears it up

I love to code from PSD to valid HTML and CSS . Message me in the future guys.
But yea you can give the coder your file for free, as long as they have a strict and full understanding that the only use of it to them is code it otherwise they will have to buy a full license.
