In Slovenia real estate is crazy expensive, for 50m2 flat far from being new and not in the best location in capitol city you will pay 100.000 euros or more for standard were people have from 500 to 1000 euros monthly pay in average, i am one of those lucky ones that my father built a house with three flats so me and my of have our own place.
