Help adding upload button on Theme Options

Does anyone here know how to add upload button on this theme option: http://net.tutsplus.com/tutorials/wordpress/how-to-create-a-better-wordpress-options-panel/ if you have tried this one before would you mind sharing it

note: don’t forget about wp_enqueue_style( ‘thickbox’);

I’m pretty sure a lot of authors hook into the upload used in the slightly modded options tree theme. Have you looked at that?
