Help configuring a Gonzo WP theme

I need some help to configure my blog: http://www.gentlemensluncheonclub.com/

It’s on the Gonzo theme and whilst I could resolve the issues myself it would take to long to work it out, and then implement.

I have a short deck illustarting the changes.
