I see a lot of themes and other products showcasing their features with this kind of effect:

is the a GR product that has this as an effect or smart layer?

is there somewhere else i should post this question?

thanks.

I had a quick look searching magnifier lens – I think this one is closest to what you want.

http://graphicriver.net/item/universal-loupe-and-zoom-mockups-vol2/4719140?WT.ac=search_thumb&WT.seg_1=search_thumb&WT.z_author=aledesign

because it i am looking for the gap of the loupe to be empty and basically have the offset shadow around the enlarged circle. ill buy em both :)

thanks

No problem. Never heard the term loupe before. That’s my new thing learnt for today. :D

The right term for this is magnifier, not loupe.
