Wow, you guys are a lot of help. 
I definitely like the 1st one the best- partly because I’m a big fan of minimalist design, but also because I agree with you on the other two- the 2nd one looks too complex, and more like it’s selling a tangible product as opposed to a design service, and the 3rd one does look a bit plain/uncreative.
