I wanna ask a simple question. Can i buy a PSD template from themeforest and convert it into HTML or WORDPRESS or Whatever & then upload it to themeforest for sale with same name and design as of PSD template. Or any wise suggestion or recommendaion u can give me.

NO! you can’t do that. Only if PSD owner agrees that you will develop it to HTML or whatever. Usually deals like that can cost you up to $1000 or even more. However, here are lot of authors that now about web design but they don’t know about web development so you can create collaboration by sharing profits with each other.

As the others said, definitely not. But you can make a deal with PSD authors and split profits – I see this very often.
