Can anyone help me to know, which theme is this ? and what are the plugins used for Job Board & Directory

it’s a custom theme built for the site, and it doesn’t look like a plugin for the job board, just built into the theme.

+1 custom built – there are plugins but not for the job board.

Depends who builds it, but I would do something for around the $2500 mark

You will get quotes from $500 to $10,000 based on the developers residence and experience

But for a job board wordpress site have you try this themeforest item ?

There are also some powerful wordpress frameworks out there.. but we can not tell you here..
