Hi everyone! I have logo that has been hard rejected 3 times and I cannot understand what is the real reason, because every time I have this response (or similar one):

Unfortunately your submission Alpha News Wave Logo – Triple Pack isn’t quite ready for GraphicRiver and requires significant improvements and changes before it can be resubmitted and reconsidered. Additionally, we have some extra feedback for you: When submitting an item that was hard rejected before, significant changes need to have been made before resubmitting. Unfortunately the changes to this item were not significant enough and so the item doesn’t meet our current minimum technical quality requirements for the category it was submitted to. Please consider taking some time to familiarize yourself with our current library and quality levels of popular items before resubmitting. We appreciate your submission and look forward to seeing your future submissions.

Between the first and second rejections I made some improvements – made the previews with larger white fields around and simplified some vectors (they cannot be simplified more). Everithing is in different layers and groups, with proper names, PS files have shapes only, no rasters, font is free and there is a link to it in the item description and in READ ME file. I cannot understand what kind of technical quality requirements I do not cover. Interesting fact is that I have another logo, approved, that has been prepared in the same manner – layer, groups, names, sizes, colors, formats. It was approved, but the present one – not.

If the reason is not so called “technical quality requirements” why reviewers are not more specific and instead of writting foggy explanations, just say 2 consistent words – that will be enough.

If certain design is not good for Envato, just say it. I like bold simple static logos. If this type of logos is not good for Envato, let me know from the rejection email (if this is the real reason).

Please, if you have passed thru similar issues successfuly, tell me what I’m doing wrong?

I’m talking about this item: http://pedagog6.com/zzz/Alpha News Wave – Showcase.jpg

Imo you have problem with typography. The title is too long and doesnt suit to graphic element. Try to reduce it to just2 words rather 3 and find a proper font for each of lines

Good luck!

Additional to alexlasek comment, you could consider adding a bit of volume to the logo as another option – ie: gloss or 3d -

Also, making a better preview image would help. Same thing you did on your other logo using a product mock up increases the chances.

Hope it helps.
