First I don’t have to mention the layout is too basic 
Second, it won’t work with the license. You are not allowed to sell anything you bought here, unless you buy the extended license.
You could write a tutorial for the tuts+ marketplace on how to make a tutorial layout – but even then it’d be a bit more detailed

However due to the themeforest’s high standards it would never be accepted. You are talented but you need more experience.

I’m guessing this is a tutorial template for submitting a tutorial to the marketplace? Maybe you’re not aware that the marketplace already offers a free tutorial template for users to download for submissions.
