Help please. Demo Contents Setup

the dashboard for wp does not let me import the file I need to get the demo contents. It gives me an error. how can i get it work? Anyone???

Please contact the author of the theme. This is a marketplace and this is a public forum. I’m afraid that nobody here can help you except the theme’s author.

we can help but how can we know what the problem is? Is like saying: “My car doesn’t work, what to do?” We don’t know what car it is or what problem your car has.

What error did you get?

But is always a good move to ask the author first in the comment area or by sending him a message from his profile page.

Thank you. I just got ITIS theme. I activated it. Went for the Demo Content Setup (to understand how the template works). I went to “tools”, import, wordpress, upload “itis.xml” file. I am getting from the computer inside the theme folder I just go. It then gives me an error “Sorry, there has been an error. This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number”. So I don’t know how to proceed. I don’t understand the theme. I thought it would come with more info or with video tutorials or something. ANY IDEAS WOULD BE SO APPRECIATE IT . I did e-mail the author and still waiting for a response. Thanks so much
