Help please!

I have upladed a few photos with a recognizeable person for the first time now. My photos were soft rejected for this reason.

The problem is that I have uploaded the model release together with this photos under the “Release Forms” input and put the scaned PDF in a zip file just like it says it should be.

What am I missing out here?

Is nobody here that could help me with the problem I described earlier?

Hi, Same problem, I upload my releases by ftp and I never see them anywhere on Photodune. And I don’t find any way to add my release to my files, there is nothing, so all my pics with human have been refused… I sent a ticket yesterday but I’m still waiting the answer.

Very strange. I know they’ve been putting the finishing touches on some FTP upgrades, so that may have had something to do with it.

I never had this problem altrough sometimes the zip file may be broken
