I would like to know that when I design a joomla template there will be times when I need to add some free extension (modules or plug-ins). Am I allowed to do so or I have to create my own module everything.

You’re just pissing people off when you act like this (I’m saying this to help you get your answers quicker). On the topic: just read the license of the plugin. If it’s unclear, drop the author an email and ask specifically. Merry christmas :)

:( i am sorry guys. This happened 2nd time in 1 week that I posted something with no reply, so it pissed me of a bit. I will be a more patient next time. But thanks alot for replying, now I feel people can here my voice or else I felt dead before :).
