You need to create an accordion short code and THEN the accordion items list within it. I would guess (cant tell you without seeing it) that you click the accordion shortcode in the menu then you select the number of attributes which will appear with the short code but unpopulated and you just have to fill in the blanks

Hi Charlie! Thanks I won’t need your help now. The author has contacted me. And I appreciate your warning. I have created a child theme where I am doing my work so no worries. I know not to change code in the parent theme. Thanks for responding so quickly today.
