hi well am coding a site in css and html but ive hit a problem, ill show you my coding then tell you my problem.

this is my problem, as u can see in the pic my white content box, well theres a gap in between my content box and nav and i just want them to be connected but i just cant work out why its doing that, thanks

TY ive done that but theres still a few pixel gap any idea why thats there?

You need to either reduce the line-height of the nav links or apply overflow: hidden; to #nav.
