I like thinking about themes to design when I’m not working on sound, but I don’t exactly understand how you design a theme for a specific program to sell, and then upload it here. Anyone care to enlighten me? Do you just design a website essentially? Seems like it would take a long time.

i recommend you Photoshop + Dreamweaver, SublimeText or Notepad ++

If you can hire someone or partner with someone that is good at web design then you can do develop only. However a good foundation at web design is important anyway.
