At this point in time we are only looking for 1 skilled person, capable of handling even the toughest questions from the buyers of our WordPress themes.
If you already have experience with handling other author’s support, that’s even better. We are looking for a skilled veteran for a long-term, paid position. We are not looking for an enthusiast who knows a little about WordPress and can just “help out”.

I think it’s a mixture of an ‘impatient client’ + ‘newbie in wordpress’ + ‘refund claim’ + a feature request’ situation or similar
It’s more about ‘tough clients’ tickets that happen to buy our themes.

Refund claim is the toughest, especially for newbie that do not even know WordPress and hope the theme can do everything for them. When the theme does not work just like what they want it’s refund time.
Anyway – we almost find the right person for this position.
