We’re looking for a new member to join our support team. It’s a remote position that usually requires about 5-10 hours per week.
Looking for someone experienced in WordPress theme development, CSS , HTML, Javascript and PHP with top-notch written communication, exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills, oh and ah patience… lots of patience 
Basically you’ll be providing technical support to our ThemeForest customers in a private support ticket type atmosphere, which will involve working with our theme options panel, basic customizations, troubleshooting issues, plugin conflicts, etc.
