Hey All!

Two2Twelve Themes is looking for a new member to join our support team. This is a remote position that will require approx. 5-10 hours per week, Monday – Friday EST. The ideal candidate would be experienced in WordPress theme development (CSS, HTML, PHP, and Javascript) and have good written communication, customer service and troubleshooting skills.

Job Description:

Provide technical support to our ThemeForest customers, which include assisting with WordPress theme installs, working with our theme options panel, basic customization, troubleshooting issues, browser compatibility issues, plugin conflicts, etc.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP
  • Knowledge of Firefox Firebug or Google Chrome Developer tools and familiarity with cross browser/platform issues
  • Experience troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Experience working in a support desk environment
  • Exceptional customer service with quick-turnaround time
  • English speaker with impeccable spelling and grammar

Other Possible Tasks:

  • Help with theme testing for new theme updates and releases
  • Provide feedback on future theme development
