Provide technical support to our ThemeForest customers, which include assisting with WordPress theme installs, working with our theme options panel, basic customization, troubleshooting issues, browser compatibility issues, plugin conflicts, etc.
- Knowledge of Firefox Firebug or Google Chrome Developer tools and familiarity with cross browser/platform issues
- Experience troubleshooting and problem solving
- Experience working in a support desk environment
- Exceptional customer service with quick-turnaround time
- English speaker with impeccable spelling and grammar
