Crap, I never saw that thread. It’s important that bugs are reported to support rather than in the forums. Otherwise they’re not always seen. I’ll log this in for the devs right now.

Crap, I never saw that thread. It’s important that bugs are reported to support rather than in the forums. Otherwise they’re not always seen. I’ll log this in for the devs right now.

I’ve been meaning to ask a question about sending messages to support. Why do we have to give our user name and email address when sending an email to support, as long as I’m logged into my account??
