Mine is a long exposure shot i did with a torch
Very cool 
I did something similar a few years ago using light cast off a beer bottle, my younger brother, and a 30 second exposure.
Not quite the same (light writing), but it’s a similar technique : http://escapepodone.deviantart.com/art/Breathe-of-Fire-23982781 (no photoshop besides a little level adjustment).

Wow very cool!
I used a 60 second exposure on mine so i had time to run around with the torch and just cleaned up the background in photoshop, it had picked up a few lights and stuff.
