Horizontal News ticker to display skysports rss feed

Hi Guys,

Not sure if this is possible but i need a horizontal news ticker to display the rss xml feed from here

http://www.skysports.com/rss/0,20514,11095,00.xml

the way i would like it to look is basically having the title of the news article come on using a mask from left to right.

the title is also the link which will go to the sky sports page to read the full story.

then after 3 – 4 seconds the mask would scroll back off again and then on to display the next news article title

please let me know if this will work.
