Guess these are those fluctuations, last two weeks were record sales but for these 2 days it is catastrophic…

Cheers

Down 50% from previous week, which was down almost 50% from the previous (constant) weeks, before new search, new design. So we got down to about 30% of regular weekly sales.

If I were to check Marketopia, their stats show basically the same daily sales values, with fluctuations based on day of the week, weekend. I must admit we haven’t put up anything new in a while so that takes its toll too. Total number of items grows very rapidly, number of authors, also grows. So if the daily global market sales volume remains the same, there are two probable causes: either the sales volume gets split up more way with new authors/new items too, or the trend to popular remains and older items not in popular or new items don’t get too much of a share.

Keep in mind that Monday was a holiday in the US (a lot of people took the long weekend) so that tends to create a dip.

Better sales last two days then last week. It seems that when some authors have good sales others have bad and then something is changed and places being switched. Search algorithm or just good/bad luck I don’t know.
