How can I add items to my shopping cart?

Can anyone here explain to me how I can add items to my shopping cart? I can’t find the button anywhere on the product pages for photos. It’s a bit of a hassle having to purchase each item individually. What I’d like to do is add photos to my shopping cart to save us time and also compare photos as well. This site has great photos but the shopping is very horsey and unplanned. Also, searching could be much better as well.

You can’t because we don’t have a shopping cart yet :( Hopefully it’s something we can add because I totally feel your pain with buying a bunch of photos at once.

I could have swore I had photos in a shopping cart here at one point. I must have been using another stock photo site. Alright, well I guess I’ll just keep manually purchasing each additional image. It’s a bit of a pain because sometimes I find better photos and end up spending more money.

Any idea as to when the shopping cart functionality will be back?

Although we don’t have a shopping cart feature yet what we DO have is something called “Bookmarks” and “Collections”. Maybe this will help you a little bit while you search for and find photos?

It’s located on the right hand side of each item page you visit. Let’s say you have a project you’re working on for a magazine, you could create a new “Collection” and call it “Magazine Project” and keep it private only for you. Then, when you navigate to an item page that you want to bookmark, you simply click the “Bookmark This!” button and it will save the item into the Collection you highlight/select. Here’s a screenshot:

Then, you can peruse all your collections containing all the many bookmarks via this link (or by rolling over your username in the top navigation area and clicking “Bookmarks”):

You will then be able to view all your saved/bookmarked files:

Again, we know this is not a shopping cart or a way to purchase multiple items at once, but it’s a nice way to save all items you may be interested in until you’re ready to checkout and buy individual items. Hopefully we’ll see shopping cart functionality added to the marketplaces one day though just as Travis pointed out. :)
